Trade delivery

Delivery typically takes 3–5 working days, subject to stock availability and delivery location. Confirm current availability, delivery charges and arrangements with our team when requesting your quotation.

Reporting delivery issues

Please report damage, shortages or incorrect goods within 72 hours of delivery, quoting the order reference and including photographs where relevant.

The 72-hour period is for reporting an issue. It is not a deadline for physically returning goods. Contact us to agree any return arrangements before sending goods back.

This reporting procedure does not replace applicable statutory rights or the terms agreed for your order.
