This website is a product catalogue for merchants. Contact our team for quotations, availability and order arrangements.

Product information and planning

Planner quantities are estimates. Check final measurements, layout, supporting components and the relevant installation instructions before ordering. Illustrative project images show possible finishes; refer to the supplied product specification and samples for your selection.

Merchant orders

Our sales agreement is with the purchasing merchant. The quotation and terms agreed for the order apply to the supply. End customers should contact the merchant they purchased from.

Reporting delivery issues

Please report damage, shortages or incorrect goods within 72 hours of delivery, quoting the order reference and including photographs where relevant.

The 72-hour period is for reporting an issue. It is not a deadline for physically returning goods. Contact us to agree any return arrangements before sending goods back.

This reporting procedure does not replace applicable statutory rights or the terms agreed for your order.
